WristWise is an Android wellness app developed and operated by Offsite OÜ (registry code 14061956), Estonia. It reads health data you have already collected with your watch or ring and makes it available to an AI assistant you choose, so you can ask questions about your own numbers. This policy explains what the app reads, where processing happens, what leaves your device and what never does.
WristWise is a wellness app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
WristWise reads data through Health Connect, and only the types you approve on the permission screen:
Access is read-only. WristWise never writes to Health Connect, and you can revoke any permission at any time in Health Connect settings.
For one purpose: to answer questions you ask about your own health data through an AI assistant you connect. The data is not used for anything else.
Your health history stays on your phone. The app reads it locally through Health Connect and keeps its own local history and settings on the device, so you can look further back than the 30 days Health Connect itself retains. There is no WristWise account and no server-side database of your health history. Individual requests and answers pass through our relay, as described below.
When your connected AI assistant asks a question through the MCP connector, our relay stores the request in its database and wakes your phone with a push message sent through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging; the message carries the request's identifier, type and parameters. The app answers from its local history, and the relay stores the answer in its database and passes it to your assistant. Only the data your specific question needs is sent. Your selected AI provider processes the returned data under its own terms and privacy policy.
The assistant you connect (for example Claude or ChatGPT) is operated by its own provider under its own terms and privacy policy. When you ask it a question, the data your question requires is processed by that provider to produce the answer. You choose which assistant to connect, and you can disconnect the WristWise connector at any time in that assistant's settings. Offsite OÜ is not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers.
Our use of Health Connect data complies with the Health Connect permissions policy, including its Limited Use requirements: the data is used only to provide the feature described here, and never for advertising, data brokerage or resale.
To run the service we keep a pairing record that links your app installation to your connector, device identifiers, a push token used to wake your phone, and your purchase and subscription records from Google Play. These records contain no health data. One active pairing is allowed per app installation. The relay also stores requests and answers, as described under Retention and deletion.
The relay normally removes a request and its answer as soon as it picks up the answer for your assistant, or when the request times out. Entries left behind, for example after an interrupted request, are removed by later cleanup. Database files and backups can retain copies longer. On your phone, you can remove everything by revoking permissions in Health Connect and uninstalling the app, which deletes its local storage. You can disconnect in the app or your assistant. Access also expires when the app has not checked in for 72 hours. Data in Health Connect itself belongs to you and stays under your control.
If you join the waitlist or write to support, we receive your email address and message. Waitlist addresses are used for one launch announcement and then deleted. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your question.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. This includes your pairing record, device identifiers and push token, purchase and subscription records, relay entries that are still stored, and email correspondence. Write to us and we will respond.
If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with an updated date. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
